Return and Damaged Goods Policy


Damaged Shipment

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured through UPS, UPS may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please call our store within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step.

We cannot be help responsible for packages left on porches due to special instructions left for your UPS driver.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase here at Monarch's Heaven. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.

  • Un-burned candles may be returned on a case by case basis. Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Items returned must be in "like new" sellable condition.
  • All sales of holiday items are final and may not be returned.
  • Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred in the transaction will be charged to the purchaser.
  • Please note, UPS ground shipments are not guaranteed by Monarch's Heaven or UPS to reach you within any time frame. No refunds will be made for ground shipments that do not reach the purchaser within a given time frame for any reason.
